This position centers on architecting, coding, and maintaining custom big-data software configurations using modern frameworks and agile delivery methodologies. You will function as an autonomous engineer and Subject Matter Expert (SME)—accountable for building secure, scalable data logic blocks, mapping cloud ingestion workflows, and managing configuration pipelines. The position bridges core software engineering with modern cloud data integration, demanding active participation in solution engineering, performance optimization, and the technical mentorship of junior squad members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of full-time education (e.g., standard 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 degree pathways from accredited institutions).
• Minimum of 3 years of continuous, hands-on professional experience explicitly designing and implementing enterprise workflows using the Microsoft Azure Data Services ecosystem.
• Demonstrated proficiency managing cloud-based data warehouses, structured/unstructured landing zones, and distributed compute frameworks (such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, or Azure SQL Database).
• Proven ability to engineer, secure, and monitor scalable cloud-native data integration schemas, ensuring robust data isolation and identity controls.
• Thorough familiarity operating within fast-paced Agile sprint delivery environments, managing version control frameworks, and running automated code validation testing loops.
• Hands-on history debugging complex query code, adjusting processing performance parameters, and refining existing database configurations to optimize system reliability and cloud resource utilization.
• Meticulous habits for publishing clean structural runbooks, code design notes, data schemas, and pipeline deployment workflows to assist cross-functional maintenance desks.
• Strong capacity to act independently as an SME, resolve blocking infrastructure problems with minimal oversight, actively contribute engineering ideas to technical team syncs, and mentor junior development peers.
• Sharp root-cause troubleshooting capabilities, adaptive team collaboration habits, and strong communication skills to present solutions clearly within technical project groups.
